Refund & Return Policy
We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Final Sale Items, such as Bundles, are not eligible for return or refund.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@lunarashopping.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. A $6.49 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at returns@lunarashopping.com with a description and photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product is damaged during delivery, report it immediately to request a refund. No replacements will be issued; refunds only.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before initiating the process.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason. Items must meet the eligibility criteria listed above and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection, minus the $6.49 return shipping fee.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at returns@lunarashopping.com.
