Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional events.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, Lunara Shopping ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to carrier service disruptions, holidays, or weather events. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@lunarashopping.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays or losses, we will do our best to assist you with any claims or resolution requests.
Delivered Packages / Mail Theft
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Lunara Shopping and Lunara Cosmetics LLC are not liable for stolen packages, mail theft, or packages missing after confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is secure and accessible for safe delivery. In cases where a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, or the local post office, and report suspected theft to local law enforcement authorities.
Under applicable carrier policies and governing law, proof of delivery provided by the carrier, including delivery confirmation and GPS delivery verification where available, constitutes valid proof of fulfillment of the order by the seller.
Lunara Shopping may assist customers with filing carrier investigations or claims; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.
